About Kristen

Hi, my name is Kristen! I've always loved kids, which is why I knew I would pursue a career in childcare. I am currently in school studying early childhood education, but I'm looking for a nannying job for the summer. My experience with kids started in middle school, when I would volunteer in the children's ministry at my church. This is something I still currently do. I started babysitting when I entered high school. I have looked after kids from infancy to age 12. I volunteered with middle school girls through my youth group when I was in high school, as well. I worked in an early learning center setting for around two years in high school, where I taught kids of all ages, although I mostly worked with preschool aged kids. I would describe myself as a patient, compassionate person. I love reading and baking, and doing these activities with kids makes it all the more fun!
