Kristen worked as our family's nanny for one year. We only stopped working with her due to the kids being old enough for full day school! She was primarily responsible for my 3 year old son, and also occasionally took care of both him and my 6 year old daughter. Kristen is patient, flexible, creative, and fun. She was always coming up with new arts and crafts projects to do, or taking my son on fun adventures - playgrounds, hikes, libraries, farms, etc. She really paid attention to his interests and went out and found new things to expose him to that she knew he would enjoy. She is calm even when kids are not, and was skilled at very kindly enforcing rules in a way my son didn't push back on. She became a part of our family and I highly recommend Kristen!
