I am a CNA and Certified Dementia Practitioner in the state of Colorado, I graduated from Cherry Creek High School in 2009 and then attended University of Colorado Boulder. I graduated from there in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration and Communications. After working for my father's company I knew I wasn't happy. So I had a conversation with my parents about going back to school for Nursing. They wanted me to work in the field first with my CNA so in 2019 I started that journey. I got into Regis University's accelerated nursing program and was about to cross the finish line when life happened. Since then I have been working in management rolls in LTC facilities but was lucky enough to get a private care job and it changed me life. Since then it's what I have wanted to go back to!
