We hired Kristen as our Nanny and were so happy we did! She is reliable, always on time, and was flexible to meet our changing work schedules. Kristen is extremely trustworthy. I never worried about my kids when they were in her care. Kristen watched our toddler and newborn. She always came up with great games, crafts and activities for them. She spent lots of time outside and adapted to what worked best for my very busy toddler. Kristen is very knowledgeable about early childhood development. She had some great solutions for my sons toddler behaviors and always implemented ideas we discussed. Kristen is great at communicating and working together to create a nurturing, safe, enriching and engaging environment for the children in her care. If we didn't relocate she would still be watching our kids today. Any family would be lucky to have her!
