About Kristen

I absolutely love helping and spending time with elderly individuals. I was raised most of my life by my grandparents who meant everything in the world to me. My grandmother passed three years ago and nothing could ever replace the time we spent together. During the last two years of her life, she depended on me more often to assist with errands, cooking, cleaning and laundry. I enjoy spending time and listening to the wonderful stories they tell and life wisdom they impart. I am kind and patient and I understand how difficult it is for older people to ask for help and I have learned how to help them without making them feel like they are losing control of their independence. I can assist with light cleaning, meal prep, general errands, activities, and conversational companionship.
