Hi there! I am a passionate and caring childcare provider looking to nanny PT for a great local family. I have experience working with children of various ages and differing abilities. During my time working in childcare, I not only realized my love of working with and caring for little ones, but I developed a deep passion for the study of early childhood education and child development. This prompted me to pursue a BA degree in Liberal Studies & Education with an emphasis in human development and psychology at CSUCI. Thus, I have an in-depth understanding of modern, research-based child development. Additionally, I have a passion for implementing gentle/respectful caregiving approaches and aim to view every child as the whole, unique individual they are. I love the outdoors and am educated in horticulture so outdoor/garden based activities are my favorite. I enjoy riding bikes, playing games, doing arts & crafts, and helping with any homeschool based activities that are needed.

Krista has always done a fantastic job with my step daughter Lyla, who is autistic and has needs that exceed those of the average child. Not only did Krista help to provide Lyla with her home school education this past year, but she made Lyla feel safe in a world that she often finds to be terrifying. Krista is patient and understanding of all of Lyla’s needs. She is well educated in child development and neuro-divergence. We couldn’t be happier with the relief she has provided for our family.
