About Kristan

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, charismatic, engaging I like working with kids because kids make me happy. I'm a big kid at heart and I have a lot of energy. I'm looking for a job that is fun and active. Full time hours preferably but open to flexible hours as well. A job with structure and clear communication with parents would be ideal. I started working with kids when I was 15 and grew up in a foster group home. I spent my time helping with the littles in the nursery building. In my spare time, I have my own photography business and mostly shoot architectural pieces but have dabbled in weddings and non profit events. One thing you should know about me is I like to adapt to a child's needs and environment. I'm still young at heart and kids can see that. My skills include naps, potty training, and manners. I'm also great at understanding feelings, teaching self regulation, and helping kids practice consent. (May I give you a high five? Do you need space?)
