Hindsight was 20/20 when hiring Krista. She took good care of our child, but she had issues with fulfilling the duties of the signed contract and didn’t communicate that with us. We got comfortable with her being in our home and caring for our child as I returned to work but then out of the blue she left us high and dry with no explanation and refusal to communicate or have an exit interview. Be certain to check references before hiring.
