I believe children thrive when they feel understood, respected, and heard. One of my greatest strengths is building genuine rapport, which helps create trust, encourages cooperation, and makes establishing boundaries easier. I am patient, engaging, and genuinely enjoy answering questions-even when a child asks "why?" for the hundredth time. I see curiosity as an opportunity to learn and grow. I am comfortable working with children of all ages and abilities, I understand that each child is unique and I adapt my approach to their individual needs, communication styles, and personalities. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where children feel confident and valued. I will follow the parents lead on enforcing rules while still allowing children the freedom to be themselves.
