About Krishna

Hi, my name is Krishna! I am hardworking, empathetic, patient, and compassionate. I currently work as a school occupational therapist. I have experience both learning about children through school and directly working with children. I majored in psychology in college, taking child development courses. I have a doctorate degree in occupational therapy, a healthcare profession. During my clinical rotation at an outpatient clinic, I worked with children 2-17 yrs old with Autism, developmental disabilities, fine/gross motor problems, sensory issues, etc. Before starting grad school, I worked as an after-school teen counselor. I have experienced shadowing in a hospital in the pediatrics department. I also have experience as a volunteer/aide for a middle school summer program for children in 5-8th grade.
