I have not been a paid caregiver for the elderly but I did take care of my Mom as she aged. I am also no spring chicken myself. I am 56 years old. So, at least we can have interesting conversations. I have also worked for the state of Texas giving massage to the disabled. So, I have experience transporting people in and out of wheel chairs, as long as I am pivoting from one surface to another. I cannot lift a person onto a higher surface. I am a decent cook. I can follow a recipe and make anything from there. I can grocery shop and drive people to appointments.
