I am aware of how important consistency is for young kids. I am also good at noticing when something is amiss and contacting the parents immediately. I am up to date on all of my CPR training. I am very present with kids. I will not be babysitting them with technology or scrolling my phone while watching kids. We will be interacting and the time will be enriching for everyone. I will follow your directions on feeding schedules, how to handle any problems... ect.
