About Krishematie

I was first introduced to Shanu when she helped me out after a minor surgical procedure. She was helpful, attentive and a pleasure to be with during this time. I knew my mom would love her and saved her info should my mom need another aide since she always complained about previous aides. Sooner than I realized, my mom needed some help and we called Shanu to help my mom. My mom loved her immediately and hired her to help her which became full time Monday thru Friday in December 2022. She was also always flexible and available other times we needed her. Shanu became responsible for helping track all her appointments, drive her everywhere, ran errands for her and became the main person to meet with her doctors. She sat with my mom whenever she ended up in the hospital and became one of my mom’s best friends. We came to rely on her for communication if there were any issues with my mom and most importantly Shanu became part of our family. Shanu coordinated other aides to help if my mom needed weekend and overnight help. She communicated to the aides all the info needed to care for my mom and we never had to worry. Shanu was with my mom to the end. Not only will we miss my mom but we will miss talking and seeing Shanu on a regular basis. I know we will stay in touch with her and cannot recommend anyone better for the care of your loved one.
