has a very warm and welcoming personality — my kids absolutely loved her, and I enjoyed her energy as well. Unfortunately, punctuality became an issue. She was late a few times, and one day she didn’t show up because she was sick. While we completely understood, we weren’t given enough notice to make other arrangements or call out of work in time. We decided to give her another chance because life happens, but later we were inconvenienced again when she stopped responding and didn’t communicate about her availability. We had no issues with payment — she was always paid the same day she watched our children. We really liked her and appreciated how good she was with the kids, but unfortunately it didn’t work out. I would still recommend her for families with more flexible schedules, as she’s kind, caring, and great with children
