About Kiya

I love kids!!! Growing up in La Crescenta, my mother ran a home day care my whole life. I was the teenage babysitter that was always booked. I was known for the fact that "I would roll around with the kids and play games, never having them watch TV." I love that. I am a 29-year-old female. I have experience with children, infants to teenagers. I have been a nanny in this valley for 4 years while going back to school graduating Magnum cum laude with a BS in Sociology and a minor in criminal justice. I am currently working on my Masters degree in Psychology with a certificate in Marriage and Family counseling. I have taken care of three children in the recent years, ages 5, 7, 10. Two boys and one girl. Also two boys for a different family, ages 8 and 11. I just finished the school year as a driver for a home daycare for 7 children ranging in ages from 5 to 11. I plan on being in school for another 2 years and I attend school 1 to 2 nights a week in this valley.
