Kischel was our nanny for almost 1.5 years.  She is a very experienced nanny, who takes her role seriously. She has genuine interest in early childhood development, teaching children independence and following schedules and routines.  Her daily notes regarding our children's well being and activities were very helpful and her preferred method of communication to parents. Her strengths include organizational skills, creativity and time management.  She has a clear idea of what a nanny's role entails and what it does not due to her great experience. She is trustworthy and goal oriented in her work and personal life. Most of all, we could depend on Kischel to keep our children safe, which is very comforting to a parent.

I not only had the opportunity to get to know Kischel personally for almost two years but I also got watch her interact with the children that she was responsible caring for. She was sweet, patient and in tune with the children's needs as well as she was enjoyable to interact with.  She displayed a happy demeanor along with having a passion for caring for the children and really caring  for the overall well being of the children and family as a whole. She displayed a great professional attitude as well as gave her best effort. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a nanny who values her job,  takes pride in her work and really truly has a passion child rearing and  for raising children to be the best they can be by taking the proper steps to educate herself in child development and the essential skills needed fo successful raise happy kids!

I'm a fellow nanny and consider myself sort of a co-worker of Kischel's. We do regular playdates meeting up at least once a week, so I'm able to see how she acts when parents aren't around. She very obviously has a passion for childcare and it shows in her work. Kischel's very responsible and is great at ensuring the safety of the children she watches. She always makes sure to provide developmentally appropriate activities for the kids while also making sure they have lots of fun! She's never on her phone, only having it out to take photos of the kids or when contacting the parents. She's an amazing nanny and someone who truly loves what they do!

Kischel is AMAZING!  I called her one day in a mild panic from an airport. My wife had just accepted a full-time job, and with both of us out of the house we needed a competent, reliable, compassionate part-time nanny to help care for our two young children and provide general support for the family.  I initially went to the typical on-line resources and received only a modest number of responses, none of which were ideal. With the clock ticking away, I engaged Kischel and she was on top of it immediately.  She listened carefully, applied her considerable experience and outstanding instincts to find us a great nanny in record time.  The additional peace of mind that came with all of the vetting and due diligence she conducted was a cherry on the sundae.  If you can, save yourself the time and headache of sourcing nanny help in a vacuum and turn to Kischel.  It is thanks entirely to her that we now have probably the best nanny we've ever had. Kischel was a great addition to our family.  She is reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, communicated well, and most importantly, was fantastic with our 10 and 9 yr old girls.  We were all sad to see her move home and would love to have her back!  

Kischel was the nanny to my son's best friend and his little brother. We would get them together at least once a week. The boys she cared for were always having fun and it showed in how they interacted with her. When it came to discipline, I really liked how she would remain calm, get down on their level and talk it out with them. They would figure out a solution and implement it. The boys were very polite and respectful and I could see it was because of her loving and caring nature. She was attentive and observational. She would always pack a healthy snack for them on our outings. She enjoyed taking them places so they could explore and learn through play. She liked to keep them healthy, happy and active. I highly recommend Kischel if you are looking for someone that truly knows what it means to care for a child. 

Kischel is one of the best people I know. She's responsible, reliable, and she absolutely loves helping children with homework or their learning needs. She is kind and patient. She is very helpful. She's a fast learner. She loves crafts. Whoever is looking for childcare, you can rely on Kischel to take good care of your children. She gives great advice, she listens, she understands. She's a great friend. To me, she's more than a friend, she's my sister. And I love her very much. 

Kischel is a real professional. She bonds well with the children and they really love her. The whole family
likes her and appreciates her professional approach to the job. Her interests in nutrition and child behavior have been an a helpful addition. I recommend Kischel as a child care provider and someone with whom you may trust your child's safety. 

I was first contacted by Kischel about 3 years ago when she inquired whether or not my granddaughter and I would like to meet up with her and a child in her care for a play date. I have since put my trust in her numerous times. Kischel puts a lot of time and effort into making sure children are engaged in productive and fun activity.  She would never set a child down in front of a television and let them have a passive boring day.  She plans many activities well in advance, which shows how the kids are always on her mind. She also pays great attention to matters of safety. I once tried to convince her that it was okay to allow a 5 year old to use a seat belt to go on a very short trip to the next street over, but she would not allow it. She went out of her way to make sure I had a car seat. The children in her care will always feel well taken care of and safe. She is also very responsive to any communication.  I would recommend this energetic, caring and responsible young lady highly. 

Kischel watched our boys for about 2.5 years. She's been a great nanny and family partner. Our boys love her and are excited to see her everyday. I receive compliments from the boys'   pediatrician, teachers at preschool, friends and family who have had the opportunity to observe her with the boys while we weren't around. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about her interaction with the boys.

In addition to planning fun outings and crafts, Kischel was willing to help out with laundry, run errands, fix the boys dinner when needed and schedule playdates. Kischel seems to have limitless energy and made sure our boys were active. She also took initiative on things like clearing out old toys, reorganizing, etc, though always was considerate and checked with either me or my husband before taking action.  

She spent time talking to us about our parenting style and expectations of our kids and supported them during the day while she was with them. Kischel is consistent in her approach to correcting behavior. She is also very communicative about any behavior situations - making sure we knew what happened and any things that needed to be followed through in the evening. She would also share articles she came across that were relevant to our kids. 

Kischel is highly reliable and punctual. Over 2.5 years, naturally, she did have occasion of sickness, emergency, etc.. On the rare occasions that these occurred, she notified us promptly and returned to work as quickly as possible. In addition, during the time she was with us, she was responsible for driving our boys to various things - school, activities, etc. - and never had an issue while driving. I trust her with our boys in the car. In addition, our boys were never late to activities, school, etc. while under her care.

I highly recommend Kischel to anyone considering hiring her.

I met Kischel when she nannied for a family member. Her work ethic is great and she is wonderful with kids. I would highly recommend her!
