About Kirstyn

I am 24-years-old and moved to Phoenix from St. Louis, MO in November 2021. Since my first job in childcare in 2017, I instantly fell in love. I started at a daycare, mainly with the infants-2-year-olds. Occasionally helped with kids from 3 years to school age when it was needed. In 2019, the daycare was about to close due to financial reasons, and that's when I got my first full-time nanny job. I started when she was only 2 months old and worked with that family for almost a year until I had moved. Being able to connect with the kids and watch them grow is probably my favorite part about about childcare. As they grow, you grow with them and it is amazing how just the littlest achievements are really so big. I always try to teach with fun and hands on activities. Being in this field taught me a lot of patience but also has opened my heart up more than I thought was possible.
