I would like to take a moment to recommend Kirsten as a quality caregiver and caregiving manager. Kirsten is thorough with taking care of finances, managing caregivers schedule, and managing medical appointments and medications. I had an elderly friend who needed extra assistance in her home, fixing meals, light cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping. Kirsten began taking care of my friend and not long afterwards Kirsten started, she began managing all my friend’s finances, paying bills, managing the scheduling of caregivers, and the necessary paperwork communicating with the company in which covered the caregiver expenses for my friend. Kirsten would also take my friend to all her doctors’ appointments and manage all her prescriptions and supplements. Kirsten had wonderful working relationships with all the caregivers, which she would hire as needed and deeply cared for my friend’s well being which gave me such peace of mine. As my friend aged, her health continued to decline. In addition to my friend’s mobility issues, the doctor diagnosed her with dementia. As time progressed the need for more help with transfer needs, toiletry assistance, doing additional laundry, and overall care. Through it all Kirsten and all her lovely caregivers took excellent care of my friend. Kirsten’s loving caregivers were with my friend to the end for which I am incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend Kirsten and her staff as caregivers should you find yourself in need of caregiving.
