About Kirah

I've never been an official tutor before, but I graduated high school with a 4. 0 GPA and was the valedictorian. I enjoyed English and History the most when I was in school and received As in those classes. I've often helped my classmates when they struggled with their classwork. During my senior year of high school, I had the opportunity to work with my History and English teachers in an education course. The school I attended housed grades 6 through 12 all in one building, so during this course I was able to teach several lessons to younger students. I taught a chapter on 6th-grade Grammar and a chapter on 7th-grade World History. I had a great time with this and I think it really helped me understand how to better work with children. In college, I volunteered in an after school program at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Feel free to contact me with questions!
