About Kira

Knowing I can positively influence a child's life is what brought me to childcare. For the past seven years, I've enjoyed supporting families by providing reliable care. I began babysitting in high school and became a live in Nanny over the summers. I began working professionally with children 2 years ago. People would say I'm kind and easy to get along with. I always follow the parents' lead, including their preferred communication methods and household rules, I like to have a thorough understanding of parents expectations. I enjoy doing whatever will make the youth I'm working with comfortable and happy. I am able to care for up to 4 children. I am also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, homework and carpooling. I have First Aid Training, CPR Training, and coursework in Early Child Development attained at my other job. I also have my Residential child and youth care practitioner (RCYCP) certification I look forward to discussing how I can support your family.
