I'd describe my personality as patient, understanding, and sometimes quite shy. I like working with kids because of their different perspectives and views about things. Kids are so much more vibrant, real and hopeful about the world which is the kind of energy I thrive off of as a babysitter. I'm looking for a job where the parents are kind, approachable, and communicates well. I'm looking for a job where the kids have had experience with babysitters before or the infants have simple need of instructions to take care of. I started working with kids when I was very young myself, so the one thing I know I'm good at will be taking care of your little ones :). I have over 17 younger cousins that I have variably taken care of, some over the course of weeks at a time.
