Kim is one of the most dependable workers i know, even when she can't he'll go out of her way to make sure you get help, but you can attribute that to her experience as a CNA and the fact that she can relate to almost anyone she meets.Her experience level isn't only good for her but good for an entire team because she is always ahead of everything so she is just a natural leader.
