Kim was very pleasant and my mom really enjoyed her but she was only with us for a week. She sent a message that she was ill and couldn't come in the following Monday and after few days went by with no update, I asked her if and when she was returning. She finally responded saying that she wasn't sure if she would be able to return. I started looking for alternate care and noticed that she was still checking in on the care.com site so I advised her that I would find a permanent replacement. I understand that we may not have been a good fit for her but I feel like it was unprofessional to abruptly interrupt care and not properly communicate her concerns.
