I have been working for a School. I have been there for 15 years. My son started there as a kinder and he went to 8th grade. I would work in his classroom once a week. Eventually the parents would ask me to sub for them, then I started subbing full time. Since I was there all the time I was asked to start doing Noon Duty. I really loved working there, the kids always made me laugh.. About 7 years ago I had a mom ask me if I would be a Mommy Helper for her. I would do light house work and fold clothes and what ever else was needed. I would also would babysit her 2 kids, one has special needs. I also babysit for other parents in the school.. Kim was very passive aggressive and didn't do anything she wasn't interested in doing. She did always show up on time and when committed to. She could not/would not follow through with minor tasks asked of her and would always do for the kids instead of teaching them to do. She had no clue how to handle minor conflict with a child or adult. I would not recommend hiring her.
