I'd describe my personality as creative, empathetic, playful! :) I like working with kids because I really connect with their curiosity, propensity towards exploration and learning, and I see myself in them! I love their vivid imaginations and unabashed self-expression and confidence. I love to witness learning moments. The learning always goes both ways. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and generally accommodating. I started working with kids when I was a kid myself, babysitting my younger siblings and neighborhood children for years. As an adult, I started to part-time nanny other children in the Seattle area and do babysitting gigs on an as-needed basis. In my spare time, I like to take acting classes, dance, graphic design, and listen to and make my own music! One thing you should know about me is I can sign ASL! My skills include emotional de-escalation and listening skills, arts and crafts, and communication!
