Kim took care of our daughter for about a 1 1/2 years, starting when our girl was just 4 months old. From interview to last day, Kim was a perfect fit for our family, her caring and thoughtful way made it very easy for a new mom to transition back to work. She instantly clicked with our daughter and I felt as though Kim treated her as a grandchild. Our daughter has special needs and this was discovered over her first year - Kim was completely flexible and supportive during all of our doctor appointments and even surgeries!
