Making a difference in someone's life is why I became a caregiver. For the past two years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors in maintaining their well-being and independence. I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I understand the importance of earning trust and I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I have a high school degree.
