I'm also, ACLS/ /BLS certified. There are times when someone goes past words to describe them, Kim did just that with the time I spent with her for the day. I needed a companion for a Family funeral, as a paraplegic I needed a driver with a car, help transferring in and out of the car, and getting around a bit. Kim was wonderful her kindness, graciousness, and warmth truly touched me. Kim was alert to every detail during the day especially making sure my transfers were done safely.
