Hello! I am currently a Middle School Math Teacher. My specialty area is, of course, math for grades K-9. I also tutor reading and writing skills for grades K-12. I have a Bachelor's in Special Education grades K-12. Although I am far from fluent, I have studied Spanish and have experience working with children who do not speak English. I also grew up in a Swahili-speaking home, although I myself am not fluent. I enjoy working closely with parents to create plans to get students caught up and give them ways to practice and study independently or with their parents. I look forward to meeting you!
