Hello, my name is Kim and I have worked in the healthcare field for over 30yrs. I'm an empathetic Caregiver(CNA) that provides a sensitive approach to every situation, despite a client's needs, disability, illness or physical challenges. I'm a very positive and friendly person with a great outgoing attitude. I have a pretty good sense of humor and a ton of patience, which you need both in this line of work! I am CPR, First Aid, AED and BLS certified. I have certifications in advanced Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's and Traumatic Brain Injuries. Services that I can provide, but are not limited to: ADL, toileting, incontinence care, bathing, grooming and dressing. Meals, Medications, anything else that is needed. I can provide simple companionship all the way up to total care. I'm not only there for your loved one, I'm there for you as well!

Kim took care of our dad for about 7 years. She started as part-time, but quickly went to full-time as his needs changed. In the beginning she would come and prepare meals, and provide companionship. Once she went full time with us, she was doing dad's total cares. She quickly became part of our family! When Dad was still able to go places, they designated Thursdays as their getaway days. Kim would take my dad to the museum, festivals, Frederik Meijer gardens, baseball games and so much more. Dad looked forward to every Thursday for their days out. She would also take him to his doctor's appointments, therapy and whatever else dad needed. Once she turned full time, she did all of Dad's cares. She was not only an excellent caregiver that provided comfort and compassion with him, but turned into a blessing for our family as well. She did housework, laundry, took care of the pets, and all cooking and baking. Every now and then we would get home from work and find that Kim made us a beautiful supper. Kim was with our family until our dad passed. She wasn't just our dad's caregiver, she became one of our family members. Kim cares nothing more than helping, anyway she could. Kim and I still talk pretty regularly, as I still consider her part of the family. Any family that Kim works with Will quickly realize what a blessing she is. I'm very thankful for everything she did for us and our father!
