Hello, my name is Kim. I've had my own residential cleaning business years ago, as well as a Property Preservation company. We worked with foreclosures. After the homes trash out was done, I would clean, paint and anything else to make the home market ready. I also did the turnover cleans for 3 vacation rental properties in Elk Rapids every weekend for years until the owner sold. I definitely know how to clean and organize! I prefer that the client provides their own supplies. I don't like the idea of cross contamination with bringing supplies in and out of different homes. I'm not limited to just residential cleaning, I'm available for all your needs. Whether it's Move-In, Move-out cleans, vacation turn-over cleans, boats, campers, one time deep cleans or anything else you need cleaned, I'm your gal!
