Kimberly was my child's nanny for two years. She is incredible—kind, respectful, capable, helpful. She taught my kid to nap on his own, taught him Spanish (per our request), and helped him cross the finish line for potty training. We gave her general guidance for his snacks and she prepared them for him. She took him out of the house a lot to go to the park, library, mall on rainy days, etc. Sometimes when I worked from home, I could hear them talking to each other and it was heartwarming. It is clear that they love each other and that is so important to me as a parent. Kimberly kept a good balance of asking clarifying questions and using her judgement where needed. She would always communicate if something was out of the norm and provide suggestions if we felt stuck on any challenges. She was flexible when we wanted to make changes. We highly recommend Kimberly!
