I'm a retired healthcare professional who has cared for adults (even to age 92) and children of all ages. I enjoy listening to life stories, have experience helping others manage age related worries and limitations, am an aromatherapist and Reiki practitioner, and excellent listener. I believe talking about concerns and feelings and having a more positive outlook is an important part of wellness. I am personable, supportive, patient, kind, and empathetic.
