Kim came to us with lots of eldercare experience, and her greatest strength is her confidence. She intuitively knows what mom needs and helps mom be at ease. She's a hard worker and doesn't sit around much, but keeps busy with laundry, vacuuming, errands, etc. when mom is resting. She has a sunny personality and a generous heart. We're so thankful for her!
