About Kimberly

I'd describe my personality as caring , knowledgeable, confident I like tutoring because I have been in the field of education for 22 years and I enjoy working with students. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work with learners of all levels to build their confidence and skills. I started tutoring when I was in college, and have continued throughout my career in education. In my spare time, I like to read, travel, spend time with my family and fur babies. One thing you should know about me is I am patient and will work with students at any level until they truly understand the concept. My skills include building foundational and conceptual understanding in mathematics and science. I understand how students learn and am able to adapt my teaching to meet the need of the student. I have worked with all core content areas in elementary and secondary schools so I can meet the needs of a variety of students.
