I'm a career nanny with a Bachelor's in Education and a Certificate in Collaborative Leadership from Purdue University (Boiler Up!). I'm looking for a *temporary* nanny, night nurse, or household manager position. My husband and I are expecting our first child in June, and I plan to stop working once baby arrives. Starting rate: $35/hour depending on your needs. Here's a bit about my teaching philosophy: I believe it is imperative for kids to be creative, spend time outside, and learn practical life skills from an early age. I have experience with children of all age ranges and developmental levels, and have worked extensively with families who have a wide array of education preferences (Montessori, Waldorf, gentle parenting, etc.). My approach to learning is remarkably individualized based on each child's needs.

Kimmie was a truly excellent nanny to our children! They looked forward to seeing her every day and missed her when she was gone. Having majored in early childhood education at Purdue, she has a great set of skills for teaching children. She taught my 3-yo daughter to read her first 100 words. Kimberly is a wonderful nanny, and I would certainly hire her again.
