I have been a Nanny for more than a decade and have been lucky to find families that I have been able to grow with. I am looking for a long term job that I can develop a bond with. I have been with my current family for 7 years and am no longer needed in the same capacity and it's time to move on. I am ready to start again with a new family and babies. I am comfortable with household managers duties. I can supply references upon request. I believe that children should be treated with kindness & empathy. They should be talked to not talked down to. I love to explore the world (real & imaginative) with children. Playgrounds, museums and libraries are a must.

Kim is caring, responsible, and authentic! She engages with my children in ways that help them hear and know clear boundaries, while also having the space to explore and try new things. She regularly planned outings and activities and made an effort to even create play dates with other friends of our family. She is safety conscious and highly organized! We have known and worked with Kim for over two years and only recently stopped as all of our children are in full-time school. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!
