Kim took amazing care of our two guinea pigs, Quincy and Peanut, while my family was away for a week-long summer vacation. Kim is responsive to email and text messages, which made coordinating a pre-trip meeting to go over our needs easy. While we were gone, Kim provided daily updates via text, which was reassuring. And when we returned, our pigs were happy and healthy and our house was neat and tidy. I would happily have Kim care for our pets again and would recommend her to others.
