About Kimberley

I'd describe my personality as kind, empathetic, caring. I am organized, observant, and prefer gently leading people in the direction they need to go vs. forcing change. I truly enjoy caring for seniors. Holding space for those who have lived full lives and providing the opportunity for them to remain in their own homes is powerful. I hold a BS in psychology with a focus on human development/lifespan. I enjoy gardening, baking, cooking, organizing, walks, and conversation. I am CPR/AED/First Aid certified. I am comfortable administering medication. I am experienced with gait belts, hoyer lifts, external catheters among other common care needs. I am comfortable taking vitals and caring for my client through emergencies and end of life, including postmortem if necessary. As a companion caregiver I prioritize health and wellness, such as personal care, meals and meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship. I am open to discussing other care needs, such as transportation.
