Hi, my name is Kimberley. I am 32 years old and I have a child who is my absolute world. So I completely understand what it means to love and care for someone. I work in a pre-K and daycare and I absolutely love my job and my children. However, I am currently searching for a job closer to us. I am CPR certified, I am sids trained and I have an early childhood degree. I also graduated from ASU with a bachelor of Psychology. I love staying active and being outside. In the cold months I still find plenty to do inside to stay active. Art time is probably one of my favorite things to do with them. It allows them to show their personalities.

During the hiring process, Kimberley didn't show up and didn't give us any communication. I reached out to her and she said she was sick. We were understanding and rescheduled. During the rescheduled time, she communicated this time that she was having trouble finding our house. This was completely understandable to us at the time. She ended up showing up an hour late after we waited for 40 minutes at a designated location to assist her to our house. We ended up hiring Kimberley (as a nanny) after she came highly recommended by her referrals. We worked with her to accommodate her child's schedule, offered PTO, sick days, offering the top of her pay scale, and were figuring out ways to offer bonuses for the holidays. Then came time for her first day. The night before her first day, we asked if she needed any help getting here and she said she had what she needed. The first day of her nanny job, she didn't show up. Nor did she communicate anything to us when we reached out.
