I attended medical assisting school through Pima University. My experience includes injections, blood draws, glucose monitoring, vitals, and general assessment. I am certified in CPR, and all of my immunizations are up to date, including Covid. successfully passed a background check required by school prior to extern and another with care. com. I have cared for several Alzheimer's patients in a personal residence setting. I assisted them with ADL, medication dispensing, glucose monitoring, personal hygiene, healthy meal preparation, and light housework. Previously, I have cared for a terminally ill patient and have a great deal of patience with the elderly, particularly those with dementia and Alzheimer's.
