Since our first meeting with Kim she instantly put my husband and I at ease as first time parents. She checked in regularly in the weeks leading up to my delivery, and her support through our son’s first few months has been invaluable. She teaches us new things and helps us feel more confident as parents, and goes above and beyond the job requirements- often staying late to help us establish a sleep routine. Her dedication to each of the children she works with is clear and we are so grateful for her support. Can’t recommend Kim highly enough!

Kim is an excellent nanny who I completely trust with my 3-year old daughter. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable about childcare, and often has useful pointers and advice to offer on ways to help my child grow and evolve. She gives her full attention to my daughter at all times, and they have a wonderful time together. But she also sets firm and clear boundaries in ways that are beneficial even when she’s not around. My wife and I also find her to be a very pleasant person who is completely reliable. I recommend her without reservation. 

Kim babysat for my brothers' two young children -- a 2.5 year old girl and 4 month year old boy -- when they were in NY for my wedding. They had just flown from Australia to NY, so the kids were jet lagged and disoriented, to say the least :) But somehow, the kids had a blast with Kim, she helped them get back on a reasonable sleep schedule, and made them feel totally safe and at ease in this new place with a brand new person. 

The weekend went off without a hitch thanks to Kim's reliability -- my brother and his wife were able to be totally kid-free for two nights and completely confident in their kids' happiness and safety while they attended the weekend wedding events. 

Would recommend Kim to anyone for any job! Short term, long term, any age, etc. She was great. 

Kim is phenomenal, she far exceeded our expectations. We have a lot of trust and confidence in her, and she is also a wonderful person to spend time with.  Our baby loves her and my wife values her very highly. 

Kim has been a newborn care specialist for both of my kids and a nanny as well, and I couldn't possibly trust or respect her more. She has a gift with children of all ages—she's loving and funny, and she is also strong and hyper hyper competent. It's clear from the moment that you meet her that Kim is an expert in childcare and an all around great person to spend time with.

Kim is the real deal.  She is attentive, knowledgeable, energetic and an absolutely joy to be around for both child and parent.  

Kim is the absolute best! We met her when my daughter was 4 months old and as a new mom, I immediately felt at ease that my baby was in good hands especially with her experience and overall approach to caring for our little ones. She also helped me navigate how to sleep train my daughter with empathy, without being judgmental or pushy and gave me confidence to do what is best for me and baby. She is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I can’t recommend her enough!

Kim is the absolutely best!  She makes you and your child feel instantly comfortable the second you meet.  She is warm and engaging - always feeling the room with her amazing energy.  She is an expert caretaker who always gives the best advice.  We feel so lucky that we were able to have her look after our son but also know that she is always a text away if we have any questions. We had the pleasure of having Kim in our lives while she cared for our son until he was 2 years old. Kim truly became a part of our family and helped us navigate all of the challenges and unknowns that define becoming new parents. Kim is always reliable, punctual, and came to work everyday with a smile. Our son has a lot of energy and Kim would keep him stimulated with a variety of activities such as trips to the playground, library, and the zoo. She is a wonderful caregiver and any family would be lucky to have her!

Kim has been with us since our son was born (He is now 14 months), and has been instrumental in his life and his progress. She cooks, set up play dates, teaches him, unconditionally loves him, is patient with him, and is the absolute best person I could ever imagine having watch over our son. Kim is beyond trustworthy, reliable, and a pure joy to be around. We unfortunately are relocating from NY to CA and I tried to do everything possible to convince her to move with us to California but unfortunately she is a New York lifer. Anybody who scoops up Kim seriously hits the jackpot. I can't imagine ever finding someone who will replace her or love our son as much as Kim does. My husband and I are also new parents and she has taught us so much along the way in terms of milestones to look for, best practices, it has been there personally for me for emotional support. She is unlike anyone else and quickly became part of our family. Don't look any further, Kim is who you want with your child.

Kim is a godsend.  She is not only our night baby nurse, also our coach and teacher.  She is truly special and anyone who hires her is lucky to have her.

As new parents, we were very nervous about letting a stranger watch our 3-month old baby girl. However, Kim is very professional (always on time and very polite), personable (we both share same great taste in movies... but then again, who doesn't like Marvel films??) and knowledgeable about infants (she's a newborn specialist and has already taught me a thing or two). I would definitely recommend her to our friends and family.

Kim is a wonderful babysitter. She was on time-a few minutes early actually-and is a very experienced nanny and baby sitter. When we first met, she asked a lot of questions about our (17-month old) son's habits and nightly routine, which to me, is a sign of someone who really cares about the child. She wanted the evening to be anxiety-free and fun for our son, and she succeeded. We will hire Kim again.

My husband and I hired Kim, she is an amazing person and very trustworthy. We are very happy with Kim taking care of our newborn, she's very knowledgeable and will provide everything a baby needs. Kim has been taking care of babies of all ages for a very long time and it shows with how wonderful she is with our little one. We absolutely love her and highly recommend her.

Kim has been taking care of my son full time since he was six months old. He absolutely adores her and I am really happy that we found her. Under her care he has made a ton of neighborhood friends and has lots of fun experiences that even I wouldn't have thought of. She takes him to multiple music classes, the museums, the zoos, and the Botanic Gardens all on the regular and needed no help from us to set up play dates (which was great because, as new parents with no other parent friends, we had no idea how to even go about finding him friends and playmates). I feel very comfortable having my son in her care and think she is ideal for new parents, as she is clearly very experienced and talented in developing, nurturing, and educating infants and toddlers.

Kim is fantastic with our son. She has been babysitting him once a week since he was 2 months old and I feel so relaxed and comfortable when he is in her care. She is wonderful with young babies and I can't wait to see how she interacts with our son as he continues to grow. I highly recommend her for any childcare needs. 

My family is so lucky to have found such a good nanny through Care.com.  Kim is not only a skilled caregiver but she is also quite a lovely person. 

Kim began working with my son when he was just a couple months old and dealing with reflux.  I am a first-time mom and needed lots of help. It was apparent from the first time Kim worked with my son that she has an innate skill for taking care of babies and wisdom that comes from 20+ years of experience.  Just yesterday she taught me about the ins and outs of strollers and the best way to keep a kid warm during an NYC winter.  I am a psychologist myself and can sense that she has an intuitive grasp of how to relate well with others (both adults and children!).  I have observed her to be very loving and caring with my son.  I also like how she applies her knowledge in a flexible and thoughtful manner.  She even volunteered to do more work around my apartment like taking out the trash and doing my son's laundry.
