About Kima

Hi! I'm Kima, a Child and Adolescent Development major with about 5 years of experience working in childcare and youth-focused settings. I have extensive experience as a nanny, caring for children of different ages and supporting their daily routines, development, and individual needs. In addition to nannying, I've worked as a mentor in an after-school program, worked with children through multiple summer camps, and have experience as a Behavior Technician. These roles have given me experience supporting children with different personalities, needs, and developmental stages while creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment. I'm dependable, patient, and attentive, and I always strive to make sure the children in my care feel seen and valued. I love to make everyday feel special for the kids I care for by engaging them in a fun daily activity. Whether that be making slime, creating a relay race, or making any special crafts they enjoy.. after homework of course !
