About Kiley

Hi! My name is Kiley, and I have over six years of paid experience working with children ages 2-13 through babysitting, nannying, and teaching. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Secondary English Education and have experience supporting diverse learners, including students in special education and multilingual learners. I am a warm, responsible, and engaged caregiver who believes childcare is about more than supervision. I love actively playing with kids, whether that's doing crafts, helping with homework, or spending time outdoors. I focus on creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children feel valued and heard. I pride myself on being dependable and maintaining strong communication with parents to ensure routines and expectations are always met.
