As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with over five years of experience, I have a deep-rooted passion for caring for and positively impacting children's lives. My journey began when I was 13 years old, babysitting and nannying, and later, I had the privilege of working as a daycare teacher for children up to 5 years old. My friendly and approachable nature, coupled with my unwavering responsibility and reliability, allows me to effortlessly connect with children and build trusting relationships with their parents. I firmly believe in open communication and keep parents updated about their child's day through regular verbal communication at pickup, text updates, or phone calls, depending on their preferred method. When it comes to household rules, I am very comfortable enforcing them with consistency and patience. I understand the importance of structure and boundaries in a child's life, and I work closely with parents to ensure that their expectations are met.
