About Kierra

I have 5 years of experience ranging from private childcare to working in a child development center! I am also graduating this summer with a Bachelors in Child Development: Family and Child Studies. I am vaccinated, have TONS of schooling, and tend to follow the gentle/montessori/constructivism care style. I believe that children are so very capable of independence if we give them the opportunity to explore! Children should be allowed to take part in real-life (aka washing dishes, helping to prepare food, playing in the rain, snow, etc), and they have SO MUCH FUN doing it!!
