Beyond my fun-loving nature, I am an OTR/L (Occupational Therapist). We recently hired Ms Kierra to watch our nine month old son while we went out for an evening. Our son absolutely adored her, she made him giggle and smile so much! She followed our instructions for bedtime and he was sleeping soundly when we returned. She also updated us with pictures through the evening which we appreciated. Highly recommend as a caregiver!

Kierra is awesome with our baby. She started watching our son from time to time when he was 3 months old. She is always on time and quick to engage with our son. She is great at communicating with us, which we love as first time parents. Her OT background is a big plus. We will continue to trust her with our kiddo. 

Kierra is an exceptional babysitter! She took care of our 2-year-old regularly for a few months. She got her to follow a schedule, helped with potty training, good eating habits, exercise. Kierra just recently got her OT qualification, so she was mindful of my daughter’s w-sitting, which I hadn’t even noticed. She always came in with this energy and positivity that was infectious. Honestly, I wish we could keep her full-time forever. Kierra, you are such a blessing and I am so grateful for the time you spent with our daughter, loving her like your own child. Your warmth and positivity really made a difference for our family.

Kierra took care of my son at four months old when I had to return to work after maternity leave. She has a bright, warm energy that made me feel comfortable from the start. She kept my husband and I updated throughout the day with pictures and videos and I always felt like I knew how he was doing. We loved that she has a background in occupational therapy and felt she helped him with his development. My husband and I would joke that she was like his coach. I never had a doubt that my son was in good hands and I would absolutely recommend Kierra. Any family would be lucky to have her! 

Kierra was outstanding with my 14 month old son, watching him in the evening while I was away at a company event. I only wish I could hire her on a daily basis. She came over for a meet and greet the day before to make sure he was comfortable with him, was always very communicative and clear, and was timely, responsible, loving, and fun. Her love for children and families is genuine and she makes an effort to understand how you parent and what kind of experiences you want for your child. Her focus on supporting developmental milestones is a huge bonus, she helped my son with learning new things even in the short time they spent together. I would hire Kierra again in a heartbeat!! 

There’s not many people I would trust taking care of kids. Kierra is someone who I trust with all my heart to look after any kid of all ages. She is responsible, communicative, leader, educator and most of all brings so much sunshine! 

Kierra is an incredible caregiver! She is kind, smart, and treats every individual with a personable amount or respect and more. I’ve seen her work as a colleague and continue to be inspired by the way she takes care of her guests.

Kierra is one of the most passionate caregivers I know! I worked with her when she was a teacher at a medical daycare facility and she is patient, kind, and creative. She’s studying to be a pediatric OT and is incredible with incorporating sensory learning experiences into play. Any family would be lucky to have Kierra care for their children.

Kierra is fantastic! She exudes so much joy and really knows how to connect with the kids! She got my daughter to stand up all on her own for the first time and continues to encourage her vocabulary as well as teaching sign language. She's very patient with my toddler and is teaching him amazing lessons like how to deal with his emotions and be a loving big brother!

Kierra is fabulous.  Her demeanor with the children is wonderful and it is obvious that she knows what she is doing!  She came to meet the children prior to babysitting them and stayed for about 30 minutes to get a tour of the house and make sure they were comfortable with her.  She was also comfortable with our 10-month-old black lab puppy!  My children hadn't had many babysitters prior to Kierra and it has been a big transition for both of them as I go from a stay-at-home parent to a part-time working parent.  They had a wonderful time with Kierra while I was away for work and I was confident that they were being well taken care of.  She even took them to an activity that I usually attend with them in order to keep their schedule similar.  You won't be sorry if you hire her!

I cannot speak higher of Kierra! We absolutely adore her and my boys love her! She is punctual, caring, and has excellent communication! We couldn't be happier!!

Kierra has been working in my home as a nanny for our son, and I would certainly recommend her to any family in search of a nanny.  It is clear to me and my family that Kierra is passionate about caring for children.  She is always coming up with fun and creative activities to keep my son learning and engaged.  Kierra is very crafty and is great at creating things out of materials we already have laying around the house.  Most importantly, of course, she keeps my son safe.  Kierra is responsible, kind, trustworthy, and very, very patient.  She is very good at communicating and sends me and my wife updates and photos of our son throughout the day.  Kierra and my son love to go on adventures together, whether it's outside on scavenger hunts around the neighborhood, to a playground, or to the zoo or science center.  If we weren't moving out of the area, we wouldn't let Kierra go!

Having worked with Kierra professionally, she is by far one of the best human beings. She is extremely selfless. She is an absolute joy around children as they are her passion. The level of patience and creativity in Kierra is unmatched and it is simply striking to observe her in her element.

Kierra was a natural with my two daughters (2yrs & 4yrs)! She came by prior to our day just to meet my girls! She gave me text updates while my husband and I were out. She even came on time and immediately engaged with the girls! My daughter had a blast with her and they are excited to spend time with Kierra again. Thanks for your great work!
