About Kiera

Hi there! My name is Kiera. I am 25 years old and love the outdoors: Hiking, kayaking, running and working out at the gym (specifically power lifting) are a few of my main interests. I have worked for the Department of Defense in the past and maintain an active Security Clearance. Recently, I completed my Fitness Career Studies at Northern Virginia Community College. I have previously worked for Sterling Fire and Rescue and am still a certified EMT. I am an active member in my church and provide childcare in my church's nursery and MOPS (Mothers of Preschool Children) group. I have provided childcare since the age of 12 years old, working with all ages: Newborn to teenagers and multiples. There is no age that I do not love! Each stage of development is unique and rewarding. In my past experiences, I have been responsible for the upkeep of the home, laundry, cooking meals, taking children to and from various activities, assisting in homework and projects, entertaining and engaging the children in an active, safe and fun environment.
