About Kiarra

Hi families! My name is Kiarra, and I have a genuine love for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for them to grow. I have 4 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working closely with children with autism and supporting their individual behavioral and developmental needs. I've also nannied for three wonderful families through Care, caring for children ranging from 9 months to 5 years old. As a proud auntie, I also have hands-on experience caring for newborns! My background has taught me that learning and play can absolutely go hand in hand. I bring patience, compassion, creativity, and a nurturing approach to childcare, along with valuable behavioral strategies for those more challenging days.
