Kiara quit without notice after telling us multiple times that she would not do that and her second employment would not interfere with babysitting. She had several mental health crisis while working. She brings her personal problems to work. And she put dirty dishes away to look like she cleaned up the kitchen. She “forgot” to do simple tasks like feed the dog. And she was unable to enforce the rules when it came to homework. Kiara worked for us for 3 weeks.
